Nothing is respawning and Corpses do not decay

After the patch tonight, nothing is respawning and corpses are not decaying. The same two lich corpses have been at the Yew lich ruins for over an hour and the liches are not respawning. Other spawns are not respawning as well, so I guess its global. So much for farming tonight.

Also, I was unable to gain stats with the new core as well.

Things should now be respawning and decaying properly. You should also be able to gain stats. If you notice you cannot, please alert us.
