Rune Library @ Britain Moongate

I'll be settin up a rune library @ my villa just Northwest of Britain Moongate.

Currently I've got some dungeon entrances, some sheep spawns, and all mage shops.

I'll be adding more soon when I get time

Vendors will also be up with scrolls and runebooks ASAP

I haven't had any mobs drop 8th circle yet at all, but I'll try to get ahold of you ingame later today after work:P

Really? You haven't had any 8th circle drop? You aren't hunting in the right spots. I have a full spellbook and could have easily done more than 1.

You would think that Lich Lords would carry 8th circle scrolls, but I assume they don't?
